Rafia Rizwana, a second year student of Mechanical Engineering Department, conducted the oath taking program at Buet auditorium around 1pm on Wednesday. The students also took oath to eradicate terrorism and communalism from the campus. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Saiful Islam, acting director of directorate of Student’s Welfare (DSW) Prof Dr Mohammed Abdul Bashit and provosts of all eight halls took the oath with the students, but the teachers did not take part in the oath talking ceremony.
