Team “BUET HellBent” at the ACM ICPC World Final 2021 in Moscow CollectedThe team also ranked 28th globally in this prestigious competitionA team from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), named “BUET HellBent”, has been crowned “The Asia West Champion” in the ACM ICPC Moscow World Final 2021. The team, consisting of Arghya Pratim Pal (CSE-15), H M Ashiqul Islam (EEE-15) and Pritom Kundu (CSE-16), also ranked 28th globally in the prestigious programming competition. Before the final round of ICPC, the Buet team participated in the preliminary competition organized by Southeast University in 2019. DU SwampFire, a team from Dhaka University, also ranked 33rd in the event. On the other hand, Nizhny Novgorod State University of Russia became the champion in ICPC World Finals in Moscow.
