KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman is investigating a Twitter account for allegedly spreading fake news on a list of 41 teachers who supposedly died due to Covid-19 vaccine. Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Abd Jalil Hassan said the police have received a report lodged by the Health Ministry on the fake news, which was posted on Twitter on Oct 8. "It received various feedback and reactions from social media users," he said in a statement on Saturday (Oct 9) night. Comm Abd Jalil reminded the public to be wary of certain parties who attempt to disrupt the vaccination programme. "We urge the public to be responsible social media users and not spread unverified news or information.
