The Business Post Group has bought polling company Red C in a deal worth €7m. The Enda O’Coineen-led media and events group includes the Business Post newspaper plus events and conference company iQuest & Business Post Live among other ventures. The business has a long-running relationship with the Business Post as the news outlet’s polling partner. Chief Operations Officer of the Business Post Group Colm O’Reilly said the takeover stemmed from a long-standing relationship between the businesses. Alan Foy at Venturewave and David Ryan at FOD Solicitors advised Business Post Group on the deal.
