Share TweetBy Ariel FernandezCivil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) will be enforcing limited and no fly zones at the House of Representatives (HREP) in Batasan Complex and its immediate vicinity from July 20-23, 2019. The CAAP move is to ensure security and safety during the First Regular Session of the 18th Congress and the 4th State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte. The CAAP has already issued NOTAM (notice to airman) B3201/19, B3203/19, and B3209/19 as advisories for the said events. Training flights of flying schools within Luzon are also suspended from 12:00 am of July 22 to 12:00 am of July 23.
