In a state of decline, amidst new layoffs unilaterally decided by the office of the secretary general, CAF is finally getting ready to turn the page on Véron Mosengo-Omba. If the president, Patrice Motsepe, has expressed the wish to keep him for an additional year, the executive committee does not share this opinion. The decisions made by Véron Mosengo-Omba canceled? A name has logically been put forward, that of Samson Adamu, the head of competitions at the CAF. "Let’s say they have no desire to see him in such a position," explains a member of the Executive Committee.
