After four days of rest, the Opposition parties — armed with issues like Board exam paper leak and communal riots in Bihar and West Bengal — will again be testing their vocal cords in a fresh onslaught on the Modi government. The BJP and most of the opposition parties have issued whip to ensure full presence of their members to counter each other.
