The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released guidelines for Americans celebrating Halloween during the coronavirus pandemic. In the recommendations published on Monday, the CDC advised against trick-or-treating, attending a costume party or going to an indoor haunted house. The new guidance grouped activities for October 31 as either 'lower risk,' 'moderate risk' and 'higher risk.' The CDC also proposes a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt either around the neighborhood or in your home. 'Do not wear a costume mask over a protective cloth mask because it can be dangerous if the costume mask makes it hard to breathe.
