By Dean SealShares of CEL-SCI fell after the company's stock offering was priced at $2 a share. The stock was down 21% at $2.27 in premarket trading. Shares had gained about 23% year-to-date when the market closed Wednesday. The Vienna, Va.-based cancer immunotherapy company said Thursday that it will offer nearly 2.5 million shares at $2 apiece for proceeds of $5 million. The offering is expected to close on Nov. 20.
