He argued that effective internal communication is just as important as external messaging to ensure that accurate information reaches taxpayers in a timely and coordinated manner. He stated that the gathering was intended to collectively define practical ways to improve both external and internal communication processes. The CMPA Strategic Communication Retreat forms part of the LRA’s broader efforts to strengthen institutional transparency while supporting the mission of domestic resource mobilization.
