Responding to this need, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka will host a full-day workshop titled “Rebuilding Stronger – KPI Mastery for a Sustainable 2026” on 22 January 2026 at the Marino Beach Hotel, Colombo, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The programme is designed for senior leaders and HR professionals seeking to strengthen organisational resilience through agile, future-ready performance management systems.
