Half of the seats reserved for female studentsPhoto: FileChief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced the launch of the Punjab Climate Leadership Development Internship Programme for young people to contribute to environmental protection while gaining professional experience. Upon completion of the three-month internship, participants will be awarded an internship certificate by the provincial government. The interns will gain experience by working with officers of the Punjab Environmental Protection Agency and contributing to environmental policy units. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said participation of young people in the mission to improve the environment is highly welcome. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz said in her message on the International Day to Combat Islamophobia that innocent Muslims in Palestine and Kashmir continue to suffer oppression and injustice due to Islamophobia.
