After years of delivering the news to viewers' TV screens, CNN anchor Christine Romans is making headlines of her own with her departure from the news network. Romans, who served as CNN’s chief business correspondent and anchor of its morning news program "Early Start," announced her exit in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on Friday. She appeared on numerous programs over the course of her career at CNN, including "Inside Politics," "At This Hour with Kate Bolduan," "Early Start," "CNN Newsroom" and "New Day." "I've climbed the mountain and it’s time for me to climb a new one, but I’m forever grateful to have worked alongside some of the most talented journalists in the business," Romans said.
