COVID-19 in Egypt: 953 new cases, 51 deaths on Sunday
Egypt’s Health Ministry on Sunday confirmed 953 new coronavirus cases, up from 912 on Saturday. The ministry also announced 51 deaths and 567 recovered cases. The country has now reported a total of 222,523 confirmed cases, 13,049 deaths, and 167,024 recovered cases. The Ministry of Health announced last week that it will soon begin producing Russia’s Sputnik V and China’s Sinovac vaccines at Vacsera.
