The CTTC chief said: "Mehedi was directly involved in the August 30 Science Lab and April 29 Gulistan attacks, which left several policemen injured. The two were shown arrested in the Gulistan bomb blast, the CTTC chief said. Earlier on April 29, two traffic police constables and one community traffic member were injured in a blast in Dhaka's Gulistan area. Then on August 30, two police personnel sustained injuries in the crude bomb blast in front of a police box at Dhaka's Science Laboratory intersection.
