In a report released Friday, the center said it has contacted the Public Transport Authority, which dismissed such reports, stressing that no increase would be applied in the fares of public buses in the coming period. The authority also urged all media outlets and social media users to verify the authenticity of news before publishing information that are not based on facts and instigate anger among citizens.
