CAIRO - 14 July 2020: Cairo International Airport operates 114 international and domestic flights on Tuesday to several destinations in the world. Informed sources at the airport revealed that the operation of Cairo International Airport has been witnessing a high rate of operation since the resumption of air traffic early July, following a three months hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic. The airport received flights from Canada, Dubai, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and other international flights. Informed sources at Cairo Airport said that the airport lounges will receive, within 24 hours, international flights operated by Arab Egyptian international companies, in addition to Egyptian private companies. Cairo International Airport authorities take all precautions to counter the coronavirus outbreak per the instructions of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health to ensure the safety of travelers and expatriates.
