By Najat KantouarCake Box Holdings said Monday that it has appointed Nonexecutive Director Martin Blair as nonexecutive chairman, replacing Nilesh Sachdev. The London-listed cake retailer added that Blair will take over the role from Tuesday, at which point Sachdev will formally step down.
