On Friday afternoon, at around 1:10 p.m., police responded to a call about a suspicious death at the Red Carpet Inn in the northwest Montgomery neighbourhood. CALGARY—The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit is investigating the second suspicious death in three months at one northwest Calgary hotel. This is the second suspicious death police have responded to at the Red Carpet Inn in the past three months. In late December, police arrested Clifton Spotted Eagle, 38, in connection with the death of Sylina Ann Curley, who was found dead by police in a room at the Red Carpet Inn. Calgary Police Service is asking anyone with information about this case to call them or contact them anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
