In an innovation scrum, the CEO and innovation council oversee the product backlog, adding stories that describe innovations that could improve the business. Scrum Team: The scrum team is a team assembled to implement the stories taken off the product backlog for a specific sprint. In a scrum, once the scrum team is assembled, everyone does whatever they can to help, but members of the team usually play roles suited to their skills. In an innovation scrum team, all the needed skills must be present to implement the stories selected for the sprint.
