She added that the vehicle was stranded on the bridge for some time and hence the delay in distribution of question papers to candidates. “However, we covered the loss of time by giving the candidates an extra hour to write the test,” she said. But the candidates complained that they could not write the exam properly as they were tense owing to late arrival of the question papers. The usual practice is to distribute the question papers to respective centres by 7.30 a.m. and the examination would begin at 10 a.m.
