A woman has been taken to hospital after her car smashed into VTNZ's Teviot St office in South Dunedin. The woman's car was hit by a truck pulling out of Nichol's Garden Centre into Teviot St, Sergeant Anthony Bond said. Sgt Bond could not comment on the woman's injuries as police had not yet had a chance to speak to her. Station officer Calvin Harradine, of St Kilda, said firefighters were required to free the car from the building to allow paramedics to get the woman out of the car. Attempts to contact St John for an update on the woman's injuries have been unsuccessful.
