Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor will resume duties as Hong Kong's Chief Executive on Monday, a week after she fractured her right elbow at the Government House. Lam took leave from work after she fell at home on Monday last week. “I will resume my duties as the Chief Executive tomorrow (Monday). Lam had said the injury provided a good opportunity for her -- a chief executive that cannot stop working -- to have a good rest. She had not taken leave for almost three years and had been very busy her policy address her on October 6.
