The missing 4-year-old boy found dead during a search of his Utah home was killed when he accidentally suffocated in his toy chest, police said. Kache Wallis died from positional asphyxiation in the small chest sometime after he was tucked into bed on Saturday night, the Hurricane City police said Wednesday. After searching the community for him, officers tried looking for him in the home again and discovered his body inside the small chest, police said.
