Newcastle United will find out the exact path they will have to navigate to make it through the to the last 16 of the Champions League this morning as the draw for the play-offs takes place in Switzerland. Eddie Howe's side narrowly missed out on a spot in the top eight, and an automatic place in the last 16, following a 1-1 with holders Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night. They will now face either Qarabag or AS Monaco in the play-offs, which will take place in February. The winner of that tie will face either Chelsea or Barcelona in the last 16.
