KUALA LUMPUR: Chef Wan and his actress daughter are cooking up a storm, not in the kitchen, but on Instagram over her wedding that was said to have taken place in “Siam” (Thailand). On Friday, his daughter Serina uploaded a photo of her marriage on Instagram, saying that she had her father’s blessings. As for her recent wedding, Chef Wan, 63, had earlier refused to pay for it and insisted that she hold a small-scale ceremony instead. “I am shocked that papa claimed that we had gotten married in Siam, ” she said, adding that “the border is closed”. Her husband had met Chef Wan and he gave his blessings to their relationship, she added.
