The 20-year-old excelled on loan at Ipswich Town last season but the Tractor Boys face being priced out of a permanent move. Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna publicly asked for the board to sign Hutchinson after his 10-goal showing in the Championship last term. Both games were in the blue of Chelsea, who signed Hutchinson from Arsenal's academy on a free transfer in 2022.
