Chelsea have recalled defender Aaron Anselmino from his loan spell at German side Borussia Dortmund. Much depends on further activity in the transfer market, with Chelsea in negotiations for Rennes defender Jeremy Jacquet. The French club remain reluctant to sell the 20-year-old and are understood to be seeking a club‑record fee of around £65m. Chelsea also have young defender Josh Acheampong in the squad. Meanwhile, fellow defender Tosin Adarabioyo is expected to be out for at least a month, joining Levi Colwill on the sidelines.
