Chelsea spent almost double any other Premier League club on agents fees, shock figures have revealed. The detail may not come as a surprise to Chelsea’s fans given its substantial transfer activity under its US owners. Earlier today Chelsea announced a record pre-tax loss of £262.4m during the 2024-25 season, which is the biggest annual loss ever recorded in English football. In February, a UEFA report put Chelsea's losses for 2025 even higher at £355m, the biggest loss ever recorded by an English club. They are currently in sixth place in the Premier League, 22 points behind leaders Arsenal.
