The Chevron operations account for about 7% of global LNG supply, according to Wood Mackenzie, a commodities research and consulting firm. A spokesman for Chevron in Australia couldn't immediately be reached for comment. Union and company officials are holding talks this week before Australia's Fair Work Commission, the country's workplace arbiter, in an attempt to resolve the dispute, Offshore Alliance said. "Members want to finish negotiations with an industry standard agreement," said Offshore Alliance spokesman Brad Gandy.
