In yet another attack, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has alleged that Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash refused to accept important files regarding the setting up of mohalla and polyclinics in the national Capital. The files were returned by the CS requesting the CM to send them during office hours on Monday. It is extremely shocking that barely a few days ahead of the Delhi budget, the Chief Secretary on Sunday refused to accept important files containing comments of the CM in preparation of the annual budget speech," a statement from the CM house stated. The Delhi government plans to invest more money in the upgradation of mohalla clinics in the upcoming finance budget. According to the plan prepared by the Department of Health, the budget this year might increase by Rs 900 crores.
