She claimed Mr Khan then got involved, placed her in a headlock, kneed her in the stomach and elbowed her in the back. Mr Khan took to the witness stand and denied the accusations, saying: "I heard my wife screaming and saying 'get off me'. After watching the footage several times, magistrates found Mr Khan not guilty of assault, stating that the prosecution had failed to prove he went beyond 'reasonable force' in the defence of his wife.
