By Yifan WangChina State Construction Development Holdings Ltd.'s net profit jumped 44.5% in 2022, as increased revenue and profitability boosted the engineering firm's bottom line. The company posted a net profit of HK$421.9 million (US$53.7 million) last year, up from HK$292.0 million in 2021. Revenue rose 22% to HK$7.67 billion, driven by growth from its curtain wall projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. Meanwhile, administrative, selling and other operating expenses rose 6.2%, a slower pace than the top-line increase. The company declared a final 2022 dividend of 2.4 Hong Kong cents a share, compared with 1.7 Hong Kong cents a year earlier.
