ChuwiA couple months back I reviewed this budget 2-in-1 tablet from Chuwi, which I thought was solid for its price. The Chuwi Lapbook 12.3 will also pack more power than its budget peers in the RAM department, as the new notebook will feature 6GB of RAM (usually, budget Chinese laptops have 4GB). The processor is the same one on the Chuwi Lapbook 14.1, which is an Intel Celeron N3450, aka Apollo Lake. What Chuwi will likely play up with the new laptop will almost certainly be the screen, which is the same panel as the one on the Microsoft Surface Pro 4. This is already Chuwi's third laptop in the past few months, as Chinese OEMs are making an all our effort to corner the budget laptop market.
