Chris Evans will be missing from his Virgin Radio Breakfast Show for a second week after it was revealed he will need surgery after being admitted to hospital. The 54-year-old DJ was hospitalised with what he thought was crippling stomach cramps, but it has turned out to be a huge kidney stone. Chris had an ultrasound and CT scans which revealed that he had a large kidney stone. He continued: "Whenever you tell people off-air that Chris has got kidney stones, they all do the same thing and go: 'Ooh'. *The Chris Evans Breakfast Show airs weekdays at 6.30am on Virgin Radio.
