Nyala Lounge has had its business licence pulled again, 10 weeks after Edmonton city officials reversed the initial decision to shut down the local shisha bar. Mulugeta Tesfay is shocked that the city has shut down his business, Nyala Lounge, once again. 0:32 "I was shocked because there was no (reason) to suspend my licence," Tesfay told CBC News after picking up the eight-page decision. (Nyala Lounge) Tesfay has pleaded not guilty to the charge. Police say inspections at Nyala Lounge are based on safety concerns.
