Accordingly, it has been stated that these inconsistent clauses can be made valid if amended or passed through a referendum. This information was revealed when the Speaker of Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena read the Supreme Court’s determination on the Bill today (18) in Parliament. More details to follow…
