The initiative, led by the Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazila administration, focused on educating the public about the importance of cleanliness in halting the spread of diseases. Addressing the gathering, Minister Dulu emphasized that mosquito-borne diseases, such as dengue, are no longer confined to urban areas like Dhaka. Following the rally, a cleanliness drive was organized, with volunteers and community members participating in cleaning different areas of Barabari union.
