Of course he said it in jest and while he absolutely meant that some of the "fandom" are nothing more than riding coattails of a winning team that were never here prior to success. Those are some of the people who have hopped on Colorado, or Washington, or Georgia. Bandwagon happens to every team in every sport that is a success, Dabo really has no time or reason to even speak of it.
