East Riding Of Yorkshire Council obtained the orders following reports of incidents of anti-social behaviour, criminal activity and drug use at the properties in Eastgate. The court heard that the council's anti-social behaviour team officers received numerous complaints from nearby residents and Humberside Police about disorder, criminal activity, violence, verbal abuse and drug use at the flats. Councillor Lyn Healing, East Riding of Yorkshire Council cabinet member for housing and public protection, said: “We are dedicated to ensuring that the East Riding remains a good place to live, and will take stringent action against anti-social behaviour.
