Coalition of ulamas ask Kano government to take action on Sheikh KabaraThe long-awaited debate/dialogue committee between the controversial Kano-based Islamic cleric, Abduljabbar Nasiru Kabara, and the Coalition of Ulama, has recommended to the Kano state government to take appropriate action against the controversial cleric. The court said the order was sequel to an oral application by the applicant Counsel, Wada A. Wada from the office of the attorney general of Kano State. Also, the court ordered Abduljabbar Nasir Kabara, to stop all preachings and unguarded utterances calculated to cause a breach of public peace in Kano. “All the Hadith Abduljabbar Nasiru Kabara quoted were found to be wrongly translated and interpreted, while some were weak. “None of the representatives of the Coalition of Ulama was satisfied with each of the responses of Abduljabbar.
