Seamus Coleman suffered a broken leg in a horrific challenge by Neil Taylor as Ireland and Wales slugged out a goalless draw in their 2018 World Cup qualifier last night. The Everton right back was taken off the pitch on a stretcher and taken to hospital and faces nearly a year on the sidelines. Taylor was widely condemned for the high and late tackle that came as the players challenged for a 50-50 ball with a little more than 20 minutes left.
