College Republicans director made racist and sexist remarks on live streams
Kai Schwemmer, the newly appointed College Republicans of America political director, has made racist, antisemitic, homophobic and sexist statements while espousing extremist rightwing views on abortion, a Guardian review of livestream recordings can reveal. The Guardian emailed detailed requests for comment to Schwemmer and the College Republicans of America. He added: “Fuentes is fine with people like Kai Schwemmer disavowing him, even though Schwemmer is walking a fine line. In a post-mission stream, Schwemmer described his politics as far right and expressed a desire to mainstream those positions. “I’m very much an anti-universal suffrage guy,” Schwemmer added.
