How Collins Kipleting was arrestedThe Nation reported that detectives arrested Collins at Kipleting marker whiling away his time on a game of pool with friends. But from his confession after the arrest, Collins said that he was impersonating the second in command with a view of fundraising money towards his music project. Collins is being detained at the Central Police station’s cells, awaiting his day in court tomorrow, Wednesday, December 28.
