Osei Kofi, a member of the 1965 Black Stars, has said, colts and juvenile football are the foundations of the development of Ghana football, hence must be given the needed attention. He said, the brand of Ghana Football was declining because the country was not giving enough attention to Colts football. Kofi said, he was hoping that the foundation of Ghana football would rise again, if the foundation was given adequate resources to function. “FIFA has not stopped bringing money for the juvenile football so we as a country should not stop developing the grassroots football,” he said.
