Postal Service will be able — or willing — to manage the burden of mail-in voting this fall. DeJoy is the first postmaster general in 20 years to not be promoted from within the Postal Service. And if the Postal Service can’t adequately handle the election, it’s democracy that will pay the price. Postal Service, Trump has just lied about them. That might be a major concern if the Postal Service were a private company, but it’s not.
