The High Court bench of Justice FRM Nazmul Ahasan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader fixed the date on Tuesday. Earlier on September 23, the High Court was fixed September 29 for delivering its verdict on the ruling. Till now, the company paid Tk10 lakh compensation in two instalments, although they were to paid Tk45 compensation by this time. Earlier on June 25, the High Court asked Green Line Paribahan to pay a compensation of Tk5 lakh monthly as instalment to Rasel, to clear the remaining Tk45 lakh of compensation. On April 10, Green Line paid Tk5 lakh to Rasel, and the court allowed it one month's time to pay the remaining Tk45 lakh.
