The incident stems from a failed marriage arrangement between Patricia and the elder’s son. According to Maame Kaya, Patricia had become part of the elder’s household because of the marriage arrangement. Later, the elder’s son, Fred a 22-year-old illegal miner accused Patricia of infidelity and canceled the marriage. One of the show hosts revealed that Elder Aboagye himself had shared the videos with producers in an attempt to tarnish Patricia’s reputation.
