JOHOR BARU: Malaysians in India are seeing with their own eyes how people are paying the price for not taking Covid-19 precautions. Chinnappan and his wife K. Kandymathi, 62, went to India last year. Chinnappan said the Covid-19 situation was bad, especially in the town areas. Vanaja and her cousin went to India on March 10 and were due to return on March 20. Vanaja said the situation in Bangalore now was dire with neighbours at the place where she had stayed having contracted the disease.
