LGBT Youth Scotland confirmed their convener Timothy Guy Westwood is "real" and has attended board meetings since joining in November 2024. Posts on X also pointed to other alleged discrepancies in terms of Mr Westwood's biography on the LGBT Youth Scotland website. Upon searching the Law Society registration in Scotland and England and Wales, Mr Westwood is not registered. The probe was dropped by Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) after discussions were held between the two organisations and the charity had "reviewed its policies."
